About Tāsi View
Tāsi View Window Cleaning & Bird Remediation is a locally owned and operated professional cleaning and property care company based in Guam.
We provide interior and exterior window cleaning, commercial and high-rise window and façade cleaning, exterior maintenance, and humane bird remediation for residential and commercial properties.
Our name, Tāsi View — “Ocean View” — reflects our island roots and our commitment to helping Guam's homes and businesses enjoy clean, clear views and professionally maintained properties.
But for us, the job is about more than making a window look clean.
It's about doing the work safely, professionally, and correctly.
Our Story
Tāsi View was built around a simple idea:
Professional cleaning and property care should never require compromising on safety, quality, or integrity.
As a locally owned and veteran-owned company, we bring a disciplined approach to every project. Our focus is on dependable service, professional communication, and workmanship our customers can be confident in.
Our operations are guided by experience in leadership, field operations, safety management, working at heights, and making sound decisions in demanding environments.
Meet the Founder
Christopher “Gachong” Rios
Founder | General Manager | Operations Manager
Christopher “Gachong” Rios is the founder of Tāsi View and a local combat veteran who served in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
During his military career, Chris served as a Platoon Sergeant, leading, mentoring, and training soldiers while being responsible for personnel, safety, and mission execution in demanding environments.
His military experience required him to remain focused, make decisions, solve problems, and lead others while operating under significant stress and pressure. Those experiences helped shape the disciplined and safety-conscious leadership approach he brings to Tāsi View today.
Following his military service, Chris served as a Safety Officer for the Washington State Department of Transportation, where he gained additional professional experience in workplace safety, fall protection, working at heights, and OSHA safety compliance.
As the General Manager and Operations Manager of Tāsi View, Chris oversees the company's day-to-day operations and field activities with an emphasis on preparation, accountability, safety, and professional execution.
He is also an FAA-licensed sUAS drone pilot, allowing Tāsi View to incorporate drone technology into exterior inspections when appropriate.
For Chris, the principles behind Tāsi View are straightforward: Prepare properly, work safely, take care of the team, do the job right, and deliver a level of service customers can depend on.
