Solar panels and skylights are continuously exposed to Guam's outdoor environment and can accumulate dust, dirt, salt, and other environmental buildup over time.

Pure Water Cleaning System

Tāsi View uses a professional water-fed pole system with Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Deionization (DI) filtration. This process removes impurities and dissolved minerals from the water, producing purified water for cleaning.

Because the purified water is free of the minerals that can leave spots and residue behind, surfaces can dry naturally to a clean, residue-free finish.

Our water-fed pole system also allows us to clean many elevated solar panels and skylights safely from the ground or another appropriate working surface, reducing the need for direct access at height whenever conditions allow.

Bird Remediation

Tāsi View provides humane bird remediation and prevention solutions for residential and commercial properties throughout Guam.

Bird activity can create problems around windows, ledges, rooftops, signs, entrances, equipment, and other areas where birds may roost or nest. Accumulated bird guano can also create sanitation concerns and require specialized cleaning procedures.

Commercial Entryways & Facades

Hotels, restaurants, retail locations, and other businesses in high-traffic tourist areas may require certain portions of their property to be cleaned more frequently than the entire building.

Tāsi View can establish recurring cleaning schedules for high-visibility areas such as commercial entryways, entrance glass, and selected Facade areas. These areas can be serviced as frequently as weekly while the remainder of the building stays on a separate maintenance schedule.

This allows businesses to keep the areas most visible to guests and customers clean and presentable without requiring the entire property to be serviced at the same frequency.

Additional Services

In addition to our standard window cleaning services, Tāsi View offers optional services that can be added based on the needs of the property.

Interior Window Cleaning

Interior window cleaning is available for residential properties. When interior cleaning is added during the same visit as your exterior window cleaning service, we offer the interior cleaning at a discounted rate because the work is completed during the same scheduled service and included on the same invoice.

Screen Cleaning

Window screen cleaning is available for customers who want their screens cleaned as part of their scheduled window service.

Hard Water Stain Removal

Tāsi View provides hard water stain removal for windows and other glass surfaces where mineral deposits and buildup require more than standard glass cleaning.

Hard water stain removal is also available for glass shower doors and enclosures.

Algae Inhibitor Application

Algae inhibitor treatment can be applied to appropriate surfaces following cleaning to help reduce and slow the return of algae growth.

Hydrophobic Glass Treatment

Hydrophobic treatment is available for appropriate glass surfaces. The application creates a water-repelling surface that helps water bead and roll off the glass, reducing the amount of water and environmental contaminants that remain on the surface.
